Since its launch in 2011, Microsoft Office 365 has quickly become the collaboration software of choice for many companies. While some are choosing Microsoft for the first time, most of the Office 365 customers have a history with Microsoft Exchange running on top of a Microsoft infrastructure which includes Active Directory as the main identity store serving as the Exchange server backend.
