A. Locating the version of an individual DLL is easy if you know where the DLL is: Just right-click the DLL in Windows Explorer, and select Properties. In the Properties dialog box, choose the Version tab to see the file version, along with some other information about the version, build, and history of the DLL. These instructions work for executables too.
