GroupWise 7.x to Exchange 2003 Migration

Q. We're trying desperately to migrate from GroupWise 7.x to Exchange Server 2003 but have had no luck using the Microsoft tools and connectors. We think our only option is to set up an Exchange gateway/relay and have it send to GroupWise and an existing Exchange 2003 server, but we aren't sure of the steps we need to perform. Can you shed some light on how to do this?A.
