Control Microsoft Office from Android with New Office Remote App

Office Remote is a pretty nifty app. By installing the app on your smartphone or tablet, and then installing an add-on for your desktop or laptop, you can remotely control certain Office 2013 applications. This is great for PowerPoint presenters. You can use your smartphone to advance slides during a presentation.

This has been a great solution for Windows Phone, but now the app is available for Android users.

Office Remote works over a Bluetooth connection and only works with Microsoft Office 2013, but you can control PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
