In Windows 2000, if you remove a network adapter and replace it with another, you may receive:

No adapter is configured to be the default adapter. AppleTalk was not initialized on any adapter.

When you install the AppleTalk protocol, you MUST select a default adapter.

If the default adapter was removed, and you did not select a new default, you will experience this problem.
