Corel Corporation announced this week that its WordPerfect 8.0 word processor would be available for free to users of Linux starting Thursday December 17th. Corel says that over 60,000 Linux users have registered for the free download, which was originally announced two months ago. Corel WordPerfect 8.0 will be available in eight languages.
