A. If you wish to use email encryption at server level, not at clientlevel, you need to use a 3rd party product. The difference between encrypting atserver level and not at client level is as follows:

  • You can still virus check & content check attachments.

  • You do not need to setup keys for all users.

  • There is less administration and no need for user education.

One of the downsides is that you can not do it with the Exchange securityfeatures. You need to use a 3rd party product. Some of these products are:
