How can I change the Microsoft Identity Integration Server (MIIS) 2003 service account?

A. During installation the user chooses an account for the MIIS service to use for certain access functions. If you want to change this account, you need to run the MIIS installation in "maintenance mode," and when prompted, enter the new account for the MIIS service to use. To access the maintenance mode, simply run the regular setup program from MIIS, which automatically runs in maintenance mode when it detects that MIIS is already installed.
