Adobe released a new version of its Reader product that contains at least one security patch for what appears to be a critical problem.
According to reports around the Internet there's a stack overflow problem that can be exploited through Internet Explorer. Adobe hasn't given any details about the problems, but in any case it's time to update your Reader software.
