A. BackOffice Server 4.5 comes with the Microsoft Proxy Client installation program on the CD-ROMs. However, when you try to run setup.exe from the CD-ROM, the following error message appears:
Setup could not open the file: CD-ROM drive letterMSPclientsMSPLAT.TXT
To install the Microsoft Proxy Client, you must run Setup from the shared folder created under MSPCLNT after you've installed the proxy server. Proxy Server creates msplat.txt, which contains settings specific to the proxy server the client will use.
To resolve this issue, connect to the MSPCLNT shared folder on the BackOffice Server and run setup.exe from there.
