What should I do if my transcript doesn't reflect a passed exam?

A. It usually takes at least two weeks for exams to be reflected by the certification vendor, so the first thing to do is be patient.

If you've waited and your exam is still not reflected, then you need to contact the exam vendor. The vendor will usually require you to fax the exam report you received from the exam site as verification of the exam status.

You can view Microsoft transcript records on the company's Training and Certification site. You can also email the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) program. Note that your transcript will not show exams you failed or exams that were waived if you had qualifying certs from another vendor.
