A: DX50 is part of DIVX, a software company that creates, distributes, and licenses digital video technologies that span the PC, television, and mobile devices. This means that to play the video file, the DIVX codec must be installed. It's available from the DIVX website. Once you install it, the DX encoded file will be playable.
