Download Regjump.zip, a program that causes Regedit.exe to open at a specified path.

The syntax for using Regjump.exe is:

regjump [key]

Where key is an optional parameter that will accept standard root keys (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE) or abbreviated root keys (HKLM).

 When you type:

regjump hklmsystemcurrentcontrolsetservices

the CMD.EXE console will echo:

Regjump v1.01Copyright (C) Mark RussinovichSysinternals - www.sysinternals.comRegedit jump to HKLMSYSTEMCURRENTCONTROLSETSERVICES complete.

AND the Registry Editor will open with focus set to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCURRENTCONTROLSETSERVICES.
