To rapidly open a dialog to search one of the following:

Users, Computers, and GroupsComputersPrintersShared FoldersOrganizational UnitsCustom SearchCommon Queries

Create a shortcut on your workstation or server to rundll32 dsquery,OpenQueryWindow.

When you use the shortcut, the Find Users, Computers, and Groups dialog opens, toggle the Find drop-down list to one of the above entries, enter your standard or Advanced search, and press Find Now.
