When you attempt to use a troubleshooter in Windows 2000 Help, you receive an error similar to:

An error has occurred in the script on this page. Line: Char: Error: Object doesn't support this property or method Code 0 URL: DriveLetter:WinntHelptshoot.chm::/FileName.htm Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

This behavior will occur if the Tshoot.ocx file in the %SystemRoot%Help folder is NOT registered.

To resolve this problem:

1. Start / Run / regsvr32 %SystemRoot%HelpTshoot.ocx / OK.

2. Press OK when you receive the succeeded message.

NOTE: To see information about Windows 2000 troubleshooters:

1. Start / Help.

2. Select the Search tab.

3. Type troubleshooters into the Type in the keyword to find box.

4. Press List Topics.
