When you use Windows 2000 Terminal Server in Application mode, or Windows NT 4.0 Terminal Server in Install mode or User mode, you experience this problem because Office XP Setup is programmed to NOT install the VBScript component on a Terminal Server computer.

To workaround this feature:

1. Copy the Outlvbs.dll file from a computer running Outlook 2002, that is NOT a Terminal Server, to the Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOffice10 folder of the Terminal Server computer.
