If you receive:

STOP: 0x00000076 MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUEST or STOP: 0x00000040 MULTIPLE_IRP_COMPLETE_REQUEST on a Windows 2000 Server with the Hewlett-Packard (HP) Insight Management Agent configured, chances are the the driver, Cpqasm2.sys, needs updating.

To upgrade the HP ProLiant Integrated Lights-Out (iLO) Advanced System Management Controller driver, visit http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/download/18302.html.
