When you access a file on a SIS managed volume, you receive:

Access is Denied.

When you right-click the file and press Properties, the Security tab is missing, only the General tab is available.

This behavior will occur if the Read-Only attribute is set for a file in the SIS Common Store folder.

To fix this problem:

1. Open a CMD prompt.

2. Switch to (CD) the SIS Common Store folder.

3. Type attrib -r *.* and press Enter.
