If you upgrade from Windows NT 4.0 or Windows 98, to Windows 2000, pressing the scan button on your scanner invokes Microsoft Imaging. Your imaging software is NOT available as an alternative program.

The upgrade did NOT properly register your imaging software.

To resolve this problem, reinstall your imaging software.
