If you have a PostScript printer that prints a document in reverse order, you may only get the last page.
To fix this, set Page Independence to Yes:
Start / Settings / Printers
Right click your PostScript print and click Documnet Defaults.
Click the Advanced tab and double-click Document Options, double-click PostScript Options.
Click Page Independence and the setting to Yes. Click OK.
