This could be a problem with your high performance video card and BIOS. If it is, you may be able to resolve the problem by using Regedt32 to navigate to
KEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlGraphicsDrivers
Add Key name DisableUSWC and leave the Class empty.
