JSI Tip 0802. Bug: Control Panel - Date/Time.

If you begin to change the date in Control Panel, theSystem Date is immediatley changed to reflect the new setting, even though you have not confirmed the entry.

While the Control Panel Date/Time tool is open, any fiiles saved will reflect the tool's date. If you subsequently cancel, the System Date will revert to its' original setting, butthe newly written files won't.
