How can I tell which Exchange service pack is installed?

A. The General tab of the server’s properties dialog box tells you what version of Exchange Server is running, including the service pack that's installed. Open the site configuration container, expand the Servers item, select the appropriate server, and open its properties dialog box. To find out which version of Microsoft Exchange Administrator is installed, click Help and select the About item.
