A. No. Exchange Administrator requires Windows 2000 or Windows NT because it depends on a number of services and capabilities that aren't present in Windows 9x. However, you can use a remote control program such as AT&T Laboratories Virtual Network Computing (VNC), Symantec pcAnywhere, or Computer Associates’ Control IT to run Exchange Administrator on the Win2K or NT machine from a Win9x desktop.
