Expanding the System drive is the default behavior.

To modify the shortcut to Windows NT Explorer:

1. Right click the taskbar.
2. Select Properties.
3. Click the Start Menu Programs tab.
4. Click Advanced.
5. Double-click Programs in the right hand pane.
6. Right click the Windows NT Explorer shortcut.
7. Click Properties.
8. Click the Shortcut tab.
9. Change the Target to %systemroot%explorer.exe /e,::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D} and click OK.
