Cumulative Update 4 for SQL Server 2012 SP2 Now Available

This morning, Microsoft took the wraps off its latest bag of fixes for SQL Server 2012 SP2. Cumulative Update 4 contains no less than 36 bug fixes, which should make everyone happy.

As you know, each CU is truly cumulative in that it is a large hotfix that pulls together all previously released hotfixes into a single distribution. When customers need to apply the latest fixes, they only need the very latest CU.  And, when building a brand new SQL Server installation, applying this one CU will ensure that the most current build is running.
