In tip 2216, I explained how Windows 2000 allows an ordinary user to join up to 10 members to a domain, and that you could use adsiedit.msc or Ldp.exe tool from the Windows 2000 Support Tools to override the limit.

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 251335 contains the following Description:
