A. Yes, if you have more than one GPU in a Hyper-V server that's used for RemoteFX virtualization of the GPU, all the GPUs in the system must be identical. This is also the case for hosts in a failover cluster. If you want to use live migration of RemoteFX-enabled virtual machines, all nodes in the cluster must have the same GPU.
