When you disable the USB 2.0 EHCI (Enhanced Host Controller Interface) after installing an iKey 1000 security device from SafeNet, Inc., your USB 1.1 devices may be unavailable when you restart Windows XP.

This behavior is symptomatic of having older iKey 1000 device drivers.

To resolve this problem, download and install the latest iKey 1000 device drivers.
