Microsoft includes an .msi database editor, with the Windows Installer software development kit (SDK), which you can download from the Microsoft Web site at http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/platformsdk/sdkupdate. This download is large (about 350MB) because it includes the Core SDK. When you finish the SDK installation, open the directory in which you installed the SDK. From there, open the Bin directory, then double-click orca.msi to install the database editor.
