I dragged a public folder named Sales to my Public FoldersFavorites list, but I also need to have that folder's subfolders available offline. Is there a way to make subfolders in the Favorites container available, too?

Dragging a folder to Public FoldersFavorites doesn't automatically make all its subfolders available in Favorites. For the most flexibility, right-click the folder you're interested in under Public FoldersAll Public Folders, then choose Add to Favorites. In the Add to Favorites dialog box, which Figure 1, page 10, shows, click Options. You'll see an option for adding both existing and future subfolders to Favorites.
