Integra released the DPC-7.5 six-disc DVD changer, which features custom installation capabilities and multidisc random playback. The DPC-7.5 includes a rear-panel bidirectional RS232 port and infrared (IR) in/out jacks for seamless integration with home-theater equipment and whole-home control systems. Integra's Direct Progressive capability lets the player extract 480p native encoded DVD material. The disc changer includes component video outputs, rear-panel S-Video, and two composite video jacks. The video outputs are always active to allow simultaneous use of more than one display device. The player’s blue light illumination helps you read discs easier in low light.
The DPC-7.5 includes 192KHz/24-bit linear PCM Burr-Brown audio digital-to-analog converters (DACs) and the company's Vector Linear Shaping Circuit (VLSC) for smoother and more linear analog audio output. Integra's Direct Digital Path provides a streamlined path to the coaxial digital output jack for maximum audio fidelity. The product is compatible with MP3 and Windows Media Audio (WMA) encoded CD-R/RW discs, DVD+R/RW discs, CD-ROMs, Video CDs (VCDs), CD-R/RW discs, and JPEG image CDs. The DPC-7.5 costs $350.
