Q. Where's folder pair configuration information stored for SyncToy?

A. Microsoft's SyncToy is a great utility for synchronizing folders. I use it to synchronize data between my various machines using USB stick (instead of syncing up to the cloud). The configuration of folder pairs is stored under C:UsersAppDataLocalMicrosoftSyncToy2.0 in the file SyncToyDirPairs.bin. I haven't tried copying the file between computers, but looking at the content, it would probably work fine if you want to back up your configuration or save yourself the effort of redefining the folder pairs on multiple machines.
