When your W95 / W98 clients log on to a Web enrollment page, they may receive:

- A Downloading ActiveX control message.

- The download fails.

If the client is running Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack 2, or earlier, the new ActiveX control that Windows 2000 SP3 requires for a client to request a certificate, will NOT run.

To resolve this issue, upgrade the client to Internet Explorer 5.0 or later.
