A Path to Success

To become certified as an MCSE, you must meet a specific set of requirements. Most people look at these requirements according to which classes you must take, but more important, you must pass the tests to obtain your certification. For a complete certification roadmap, visit your local Authorized Technical Education Center (ATEC) or Microsoft's training and certification Web site (http://www.microsoft.com/train_cert). Each exam costs $100. Table A outlines the basic core requirements and electives (note that you can't combine NT 3.51 exams with NT 4.0 exams).
