What permissions do extensions for Azure script extension run with?

Q. When I run a script using the Azure PowerShell Script Extension what permissions does the script run with?

A. When executing a script using the Custom Script Extension the PowerShell will execute with System permissions. If you get results different from when you try to run as your account check if there is network access etc which may not be available for System.
