Troubleshooting Performance in SQL Server 2005

I'm constantly on the lookout for good resources concerning performance tuning and troubleshooting on SQL Server.  In all honesty, though, I didn't think we would see anything for SQL Server 2005 until well into 2006.  Boy, was I wrong!
