Q. For virtual domain controllers on Hyper-V should the time synchronization integration component be enabled?
A. The guidance has varied over time however the latest guidance I have seen says to now completely disable the time synchronization integration component via the properties of the VM. With the improvements to w32tm especially in Windows Server 2016 this should lead to the best time configuration.
