Greg Low has hosted a very nice SQL Server website at http://www.sqldownunder.com/ for some time now.  You really owe it to yourself to have a look and get familiar with this useful and educational site.

SQL Down Under uses an interview format.  The latest show features internationally renowned data modeller Graeme Simsion - a thoroughly British name.  (I'm certain that it's just too hard for us Yanks to figure out how to pronounce based solely on spelling.  But I digress.)  Graeme discusses a number of topics such as the role of a data modeller versus DBA, common data modelling errors, and future directions in data modelling.

Enjoy!
