Ron Charity is a consultant that has worked with SharePoint since 2000. He has international experience working in Canada, the US, Europe, and Australia. He is focused on designing sustainable environments, applying best practice architecture, and operational disciplines. Currently, he works for a large US bank and is focused on SharePoint 2013 and business intelligence. In his spare time, he plays guitar and sings in a top 40 rock band and enjoys riding his Harley.

Larry Wolter is the Director of Product Marketing for Diagnostic Manager and Replicator at Metalogix. Larry focuses on delivering go-to-market plans, sales enablement programs, and revenue in diverse industries, with deep experience in solutions marketing, demand generation, and channel partner development. He specializes in strategic marketing planning and sales enablement for business intelligence, cyber security, performance management, and telecommunication platform solutions. Larry’s most recent experience includes senior marketing roles at Riverbed Technology and Motorola Solutions.

Adam Levithan is a Product Manager at Metalogix and is an advocate for supporting collaboration through technology by connecting the business needs with the right technology. Prior to Metalogix, Adam was a Practice Lead for Office 365 in a cutting edge Microsoft Consulting firm where he was responsible for moving customers to the cloud, designing and implementing information architecture (SharePoint Farm and content) and increasing user adoption. Adam is an ongoing member of the SharePoint Saturday DC coordinating committee and active speaker at various events.
