A: Windows Server 2008 R2 Hyper-V doesn’t support SR-IOV.

However, Windows Server 8 Hyper-V does.

It includes SR-IOV support, including the ability to seamlessly move virtual machines between hosts with and without SR-IOV capabilities without any service interruption and using SR-IOV when its available.
