Outlook / Exchange mailbox folder permission tool

I would like to point you to an application like 'ExFolders' to assign permissions to mailbox folders. The difference to 'ExFolders' is that you don't need to run it on a Exchange server. So your help desk can use it without access to your Exchange server. I developed it in C# and it needs the Microsoft Exchange Managed API 2.2 installed on the workstation.
