Microsoft Surface with Windows RT Photo Gallery

Microsoft delivers a nice selection of photos of the new Surface with Windows RT devices and Touch and Type covers, giving potential buyers a closer look at the future of the PC.

I will say this: As I was browsing through the Surface web site yesterday, my daughter walked up and declared that the Surface with Touch Cover—which she misunderstood to be an iPad—was an “ugly” combination. But when I showed her that these covers were available in multiple colors, she burst out an “ooh!!” and got very interested. Yes, she’s a child. But these aesthetic niceties go a long way towards selling average consumers on a product. Just a thought.

Anyway, check out these photos. The hardware may or may not live up to the hype. But this is one good-looking machine.
