According to a survey by Spiceworks of organizations in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand, approximately 60% are still running at least one instance of Server 2003.
You can learn more about the survey here: http://news.microsoft.com/apac/2015/04/10/less-than-100-days-to-windows-server-2003-end-of-support-balancing-act-or-unprecedented-opportunity-to-modernize/. It also includes comparative information showing how each country has progressed in terms of migrating away from Server 2003. 12 months ago, the figure was 5% higher. But with 100 days to go, that figure of 60% is certainly of concern.
The key to this survey is that the question asked about one or more. It could be that the majority of these organizations have migrated the majority of their workloads away from Server 2003 already and just have a few servers left running the OS. It’s likely that there will be a substantial number of organizations that have one or two computers running the OS after the EOL date simply because they might host workloads that are incompatible with newer versions of the OS and the risks involved in running the OS are smaller than the costs involved in running the alternative.
