With all the bad news surrounding Apple Computer these days, it stands toreason that the media is jumping all over their problems. While theseproblems are very real, there have been a few recent signs of health fromthe beleaguered company. Recently, a Swedish company called Infinit Information AB offered a $13,500 prize to anyone who could break into theApple Internet Server. The prize went un-won, as no one was able to "crackthe Mac." Infinit said they would try again this month. Also, Applerecently released a 300 MHz PowerPC system, becoming the first companyto release a system this fast. This gives Apple bragging rights to the fastest personal computer and laptop computer on the market, at leasttemporarily: Intel will release a 300 MHz Pentium II in two weeks
