4. Trello's got great user outreach.

I mean this sincerely. The emails you get when you sign up for the service showcase different ways to use Trello for everything from prioritizing your to-do list to tracking goals to creating a company directory. It's a clever way 

5. All of this is useless if you can't get your coworkers to buy in on the same software system.

It's true. Although you can share Trello boards with people and invite them to collaborate, those sharing features only work if you can get your coworkers to use them too. In some cases, this is easier said than done.
