Q. How do I create a Stored Access Policy?
A. The easiest way to create a Stored Access Policy is to download Storage Explorer from http://storageexplorer.com/ which has a Manage Access Policies action for blob containers and tables. You can then configure the policy parameters and then create SAS instances that use the created policy.
