Big Tent Web server back up

The Big Tent Web server is back up now. We added a new 2.0GB Ultra-WideSCSI-3 hard drive to the 4.3 GB that was already there and added 64 MB more of RAM. These changes caused us to completely reinstall the systemfrom scratch, so we had to take it down for a while; sorry if this caused any confusion. We've got a new domain coming online soon andwanted to get SQL Server running, so we had to make the changes asquickly as possible
