If you’ve ever spent much time working with Oracle, Windows, or Exchange, you might be aware of TechTarget’s sites SearchOracle.com, SearchWindows, and SearchExchange respectively.  Well, in light of the tremendous growth SQL Server is seeing in the overall industry, TechTarget has decided to break SQL Server out of the SearchWindows.com website into its own independent resources – SearchSQLServer.com.  SearchSQLServer.com mission is serve the information needs of database developers, administrators and managers working with Microsoft's flagship database enterprise server: SQL Server and the upcoming SQL Server 2005 release.

Although SQLMag is my number one channel, you’ll probably see me making occasional contributions on SearchSQLServer.com in areas like ‘Ask the Experts’ in areas like ANSI SQL and heterogeneous database work.

The website also has a number of targeted newsletters including:

  • Updates on SearchSQLServer.com New Site Content

  • Webcast and White Paper Alerts

  • Software Downloads

  • Updates on Windows Events

You can create and update your profile now at http://searchSQLServer.com/r/0,,38972,00.htm?track=NL-119&ad=508325.

You can also see a number of tips and tricks on the site, such as:

Many thanks,
