Support for non Microsoft apps for iOS and Android via Intune

Q. Can Intune deploy non-Microsoft applications to iOS and Android devices?

A. Yes. While in many demonstrations the Office applications are used to show deployment and locking of corporate data between corporate applications there is actually nothing special about them in terms of deployment compatibility with Intune. Any iOS or Android application can be added to Intune as an application to be made available either by linking to it in the store or by uploading binaries to Intune for direct deployment.
